1 General Terms & Conditions

Sportmarket (sportmarket.fun) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2 Account Registration

• Recent selfie (holding your ID)
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (if required)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Additional information may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when making deposits on Sportmarket:

All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If a suspicious deposit is detected, the transaction may be temporarily held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Sportmarket:

• Withdrawals will always be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Sportmarket:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sportmarket reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned.
• Any issues caused by disconnection during live betting will be resolved based on system logs.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions on Sportmarket are subject to the following general terms. Each bonus also has its own specific conditions, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x).
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• You may not have more than one active bonus at a time.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after they have been converted to your cash balance.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Sportmarket reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program.

For referral bonuses, both the referrer and the referred person must use separate devices and payment methods. Referral bonus claims from the same network may be flagged as suspicious.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sportmarket:

• Managing multiple accounts or opening an account on behalf of someone else
• Registering with false or another person's details
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
• Betting Using Match Fixing or Inside Information
• Hacking or exploiting platform software
• Placing bets using automated bots
• Money laundering or handling of illicit funds
• Harassing or threatening other members

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Sportmarket reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the account holder's request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining cash balance will be available for withdrawal, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming
